1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 c. ground flax seeds
1/3 c. honey
1 t. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Form into balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. You can eat them at room temperature, but they are best eaten when cold.
